This agreement ( "Terms" ) regulate your use of the orbithedge site, platform and services the "Services") provided by orbithedge. Account creation means accepting the Terms entire.
1. Eligibility. Applicants must be of legal age and contractually capable to sign binding agreements. Where the Services is unlicensed or closed, residents are not eligible. Account data accuracy and credential privacy stay your obligation.
2. Services. orbithedge operates an electronic marketplace for the assets shown on this website. No part of this is investment advice; all trading decisions stays with you. Shown quotes and data is informational only and can lag or err at times.
3. Risks. Trading involves material loss risk and is for those who can bear it. Margin products may take drawdowns past your posted margin. Only trade capital whose total loss you could withstand.
4. Fees. Commissions, spreads and carry rates are shown on the Fees page and make part of this agreement. Pricing may shift once fairly notified.
5. Prohibited conduct. Cornering and manipulation, exploiting flaws, IP infringement and unlawful purposes are banned outright. Laundering and sanctions breaches are covered by the same prohibition.
6. Liability. To the maximum the widest degree, orbithedge disclaims indirect, special and consequential damages arising from the Services.
7. Changes. These Terms may be revised occasionally. Using the Services after changes means agreement. Controlling law comes from the registered jurisdiction of the operating entity.
